Jesse and Natasha Brooks are the founders and lead pastors of the Plattsburgh House Of Prayer church based in Plattsburgh, New York. "PHOP" launched in 2010 and has grown into an incredible contemporary and multicultural church next to the Suny Plattsburgh Campus. Additionally Natasha is the Worship Director. Pastor Jesse and Natasha live in the upstate New York area with their two sons, Christian and Benjamin, and daughter, Charlie.
